Sister's 15th Birthday

Now I had to go somewhere else.

Today was my sister's 15th birthday, and as was decided by the family (which I had to agree), we went out to the mall to buy "something" for her. Problem is, we had no idea what it is that we're supposed to buy, so we ended up wandering stores to buy something else (which was other than the birthday present).

But then an idea struck us, so we decided to buy iPod's, which was what both of us (I already readied what will be inside my iPod 5 months ago) wanted to buy before. So we got ourselves our individual iPod's: I got the 4GB iPod mini (because I don't listen much to music, a contrast with my sister; the only music I listen to at the dorm was video game and anime OST), and my sister got the 20 GB U2 Special Edition iPod. These things were pretty expensive, price tagged at about 13,000 and 22,000 Philippine Pesos, respectively.

Then we went to eat out at a restaurant, and an expensive Spanish restaurant at that. (The prices were over 300 Philippine Pesos per dish, I tell you.) We met some of our relatives from America who've come by and visited the Philippines for a week, and celebrating my sister's birthday was one of the thing on their minds. The food we ordered were not much, though it was an all-you-can-eat buffet ;) ) Then we talked about how the rest of my older cousins should have spouses and such.

And that is how my sister celebrated her birthday. She was wishing for a birthday cake to feast on, though.
