Boys, Cars, and Girls

So I just came from the 2nd to the last day of the Car and Sports Truck Show held at the Megatrade Hall, at the top floor of the Megamall.

I was actually invited by my younger sister. See, she's so eager to go to this show since she saw it on the newspapers lately, and she invited my dad first. Then, my dad, hearing that I may be too busy with my studies, decided to let me tag along. Of course I wasn't reluctant, since I needed a break anyway. So off we go.

whe we got there, the first thing I noticed is that there were a lot of guys waiting out at the ticket booth. I guess, this being a show featuring automobiles, that you would be expecting to see a larger proportion of males that females. As for the latter population, you can actually see them inside the show, with their skimpy clothing and suggestive gestures. No, they're no prostitutes, if that's what you're initially thinking. They are actually show girls, often seen standing beside any of the vehicles featured, some posing for the camera from "greasy fanboys". lol.

Hmm, what else.

Oh, and there's this live demo of a device installed on your vehicle, specifically under the hood, that improves fuel consumption efficiency and such, and since I'm the guy that's into computers that cars (that's my younger sister's specialty, by the way), most of the stuff went over my head. But I do understood this: that somehow redicrecting the flow of the fuel may help burn less fuel that before, even at the same rate of combustion. That is a good thing, come to think of it.

Anyway, we left the show pretty late, so I wasn't able to watch the latest episode of WWE Smackdown. But oh well, pro-wrestling blogs and recap shows can make up for the loss.
